Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Earlier this week, Chris was having a rough day. When he got home, he got Nadia's dinner ready and sat at the table with his head in his hands. He then heard Nadia laughing so he looked up to see her with her head in her hands looking up at him giggling. She was mocking him and finding it funny. Needless to say this cheered him up! This is not the first time she has mocked her daddy. One other time he was in the bathroom and he was sick, she sat outside the door making the same throw-up sounds and giggling at him...he was not amused that day. I think she's got his number and she is only 13.5 months old!

Nadia started in the one year room this week at daycare. I don't think she minded it at all, I think Mommy and Daddy had a harder time with it. Daddy dropped her off the first day. When they got there, there was a little boy that was happy to help Chris take Nadia's coat, scarf, and hat off. Well, this little boy proceeded to give Chris a kiss and then turn and kiss Nadia...well, Daddy suddenly became very protective and all he could think was, "back off lover boy!" I really had to laugh when he told me this, and to think he feels this way when she is

only 1, God help us when she is 16!

Today for Valentine's day, we went to dinner with some friend's. We had a good time and Nadia enjoyed all the attention from all the people that paid her mind. She had a heart necklace on and was very good about leaving it alone.

She started with a cough, a slight fever and lots of drool today. We have a sneaking suspicion that she is getting more teeth. Once these one's come through, I think we should be done for awhile, but you never know.
