Over this past weekend, we had Aunt Ganer's birthday, Daddy's birthday, and Nikki's birthday. Typically this weekend is usually pretty busy for us. Unfortunately, that was not the case this year. Nadia started running a fever on Thursday-Friday night and basically felt terrible all weekend long. She did not start acting like herself again until Wednesday of this week. Needless to say, all our weekend birthday celebrations were spent at home with no celebrations at all! Everyone tells me once you get through one year at daycare, Nadia's immunities will be built up a little more and she won't get as sick as often, I can not wait if that is true!Nadia is not to impressed with having to put on a big heavy winter jacket every time we go outside. She generally just glares at us when we put it on her. Last year, she was in her infant car seat so we always bundled her in that with a cover and never dealt with a jacket. I just keep thinking that when it gets really cold and we start putting her in a snow suit she really won't like us.
