Nadia had her 2 month doctor's appointment on Thursday 2/28/08. The doctor was very happy with her progress. She now weighs 11 pounds and 14 ounces and is 22.5 inches long. The doctor was also impressed on how well she controls her head. Nadia also got her first round of immunization shots. She did really well, but was feeling a little rough later on in the evening. She cried and whimpered from 6-9 that evening, but after the second dose of Tylenol she began to feel a little better. It was a rougher night than normal but I still managed to get a few hours of sleep.
Nadia is really starting to talk, laugh, and smile back when you talk to her and it really brightens our whole day. We also have been reading to her every day and so far her favorite book seems to be Horton hears a Who. When we read it to her she'll listen, smile, and kick. (Although I believe it has something to do with all the bright colors in the pictures. )
