First Doctor's appointment

Nadia had her first doctor's appointment today. She is now 8 pounds and 5 ounces and 22 inches long. The doctor said that she looks just fine and that everything with her seems to be perfect. Chris and I really liked the doctor and Nadia seemed to be very calm and comfortable with her too.

Our life has definitely changed in the past two weeks! We now think twice about leaving the house and if we decide to actually leave it's got to be for a VERY GOOD reason. Suddenly, Chris and I are concerned about poopy diapers (or lack of poopy diapers) and keeping to a feeding schedule. Nadia has not been to bad at night either. She typically eats at 8 pm and then goes to bed and sleeps until 12 am (next feeding time), goes back down until 4 am (feeding time) and then sometimes goes back to bed until 8 am or stays wide awake until 8 am.

Chris goes back to work tomorrow, so mommy is on her own! Chris is not looking foreword going back to work, but we have to pay the bills too!
